Scorton Village Hall is available for hire!

The hall is available for plenty of activities including parties, classes, weddings, fashion shows, gigs, events, craft fairs, race nights, exercise classes, children's activities, meetings, games, concerts, jumble sales etc.
The hall has tables and seating for 120+, (capacity 180) sound system, hearing loop, small meeting room, optional separate small hall, large main hall, toilets for gents, ladies and disabled and fully equipped kitchen.

WEDDINGS
Our hall is available for hire for wedding receptions. We charge £200 for a 48-72 hr hire so you can get everything just right for your big day. We allow the hall to be dressed to suit your tastes. We are open until 11pm.

The hall is 18m x 16m, has a sound system, 150 chairs, 25 tables, a big kitchen for use and plenty of space for outside caterers. It also has dimming pendant lights, wall lights and outside festoon lights.
​
Scorton has three churches depending on which religion you follow. Wedding ceremonies are also available at nearby Wyresdale Park and Wyreside Hall.
CHARITY TEAS
Charity Teas at the Village Hall - Do you wish to raise money for your favourite charity or local community group/project?
​
Scorton Village Hall is available every Sunday during July and August for fund-raising Teas. The Hall Hire fee would be £25 and any profits made are yours to keep. Groups must supply and serve all foods and refreshments. The Hall supplies crockery, chairs, tables etc.
​

BOOK OUR HALL
The hall has good availability for children's parties, training sessions, meetings, group activities or functions. The hall is also used for statutory purposes such as elections, planning consultations and public meetings.

Hire charges start at £10 per hour or £95 per day (discounts apply for local groups) plus a deposit. Hire charges are inclusive of all heating, lighting, furniture, crockery, sound system and use of all hall areas.
