The Barn at Scorton - Plants, Gift Shop and Coffee Shop  - Nestling in the picturesque village of Scorton, near Garstang and gateway to the Trough of Bowland, is The Barn - the award winning shopping experience. Scorton Picnic Site - Located about a mile east of the A6 (Hollins Lane) this grassy picnic area site is on the banks of the River Wyre. It offers short walks from the car park and pleasant walks through lowland country to pretty villages such as Scorton and Dolphinholme or for longer walks you can follow the River Wyre to Abbeystead nestling in the valley surrounded by the Bowland fells.


The Priory - With a boutique hotel, restaurant, tea rooms and bar, the Priory has a lovely atmosphere, with friendly, attentive staff. There you will be able to enjoy delicious homemade traditional English dishes, home made from fresh ingredients supplied by local farmers and producers. The Priory is available for wedding ceremonies and events. Also on site is Bowland Outdoors, a shop selling high quality clothing, the latest outdoor wear and top of the range cycling equipment. Apple Store Cafe - Located on a hill above Scorton out towards Nicky Nook, the house was featured on TV's Country House Rescue and hosts regular open days. Daisy Clough Nurseries - With views over the picturesque riverbank from a calming sheltered garden come and enjoy a visit to the nurseries to enjoy afternoon tea or a bite to eat, The bright and airy tearoom is brimming with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere making it the perfect place to unwind with friends and family. Stepping Stones Restaurant and Claylands Caravan Park

Award winning quality touring caravan and holiday home park destination but it also plays host to ‘Stepping Stones’ which is open all year round for good quality food and refreshments. The site is just a short walk across the footbridge over the River Wyre into Scorton.


Fell View Park - This caravan & camping site is about 2 miles north of Scorton village nestled between Harris End and Nicky Nook fells, on a working hill farm run by the Atkinson family. Six Arches Caravan Park - Located adjacent to the River Wyre, six arches is a popular holiday site within walking distrance of Scorton village. The site is host to holiday homes, touring caravans and holiday apartments. It has an on-site licensed club, outdoor pool, shop, launderette, fishing rights and small amusement arcade.
