The Sherriff 10k is run in memory of local man Phil Sherriff who was tragically taken away from us in 2012.
The following information is still to be confirmed....The 10k run will take on Sunday 30 April 2017, starting at Scorton School at 10.30am. Please note the meeting point.
The first Scorton 10k was held in 2012 and over 100 runners took part. Now we get 200+! Last year was also a great success and we had people from as far away as Wales participating.
Runners receive a bespoke medal for completing the picturesque undulating course. Registration forms are available on the day or you can find one here and the Route Map can be found here. The fee is £10 attached, £12 unattached in advance. £2 extra on the day. You are welcome to turn up on the day and run.
There is a 1 mile fun run will start at 9.15am from the School on the same morning and participants will receive a medal and certificate. Entry fee is £3, you can turn up on the day.
